What started as a few friends sharing waves has grown into Samara’s Surf School. A surf school built on local knowledge, genuine connection, and a love for the ocean.

We’re here to help surfers of every level and share the magic of this place we call home. We keep things simple: good waves, good people, and a whole lot of fun.

We provide expert local guides, quality equipment, and boat transfers to world-class waves like Scar Reef, Little Bingin, Phantom, and basically anywhere else West Sumbawa has to offer.

Whether you’re paddling out for the first time or fine-tuning your turns, our crew’s got you covered. Every session is about building confidence, improving your surf, and most importantly, having fun.
